Insurance Made Simple
We Take the Burden Off Your Shoulders
Filing a homeowners insurance claim shouldn't be another disaster. We work directly with your insurance company, documenting damage, coordinating with adjusters, and billing your carrier so you don't have to.
We even have team members on staff who used to work for insurance companies. We know the process inside and out, what adjusters look for, and how to make sure your claim gets the coverage you're entitled to.
Dealing with property damage is stressful enough. You shouldn't have to become an insurance expert on top of it. Our team handles every step of the claims process, from the first phone call to the final invoice.

We Document Everything and Work With Your Adjuster
Our technicians thoroughly document the damage with photos, moisture readings, and detailed scope reports. We then coordinate directly with your insurance adjuster, meet them on-site, and submit professional Xactimate estimates. If additional damage is found, we file supplements on your behalf.

In an emergency, we can begin mitigation right away to prevent further damage. For standard claims, work begins once the scope is approved. Either way, one company handles it from start to finish.

Common Questions
Insurance Claims FAQ
Answers to the questions we hear most from homeowners navigating the insurance process.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
In most cases, no. We bill your insurance company directly for covered work. You may be responsible for your deductible, which varies by policy. We'll explain your financial responsibility upfront before any work begins.
Will filing a claim raise my insurance rates?
Rate increases depend on your insurance carrier, your claims history, and the type of damage. Most carriers do not increase rates for a single weather-related or accidental claim. We recommend contacting your agent to understand your specific policy.
What if my insurance claim is denied?
If your claim is denied, we can help you understand why and assist with the appeals process. Our detailed documentation, including moisture readings, photos, and scope of work, often provides the evidence needed to overturn a denial.
Do you work with all insurance companies?
Yes. We work with all major insurance carriers including State Farm, Allstate, USAA, Liberty Mutual, Travelers, Nationwide, and many more. If your carrier isn't listed, don't worry. We've worked with virtually every provider in the region.
How does the insurance billing process work?
After documenting the damage, we submit a detailed estimate directly to your insurance adjuster using industry-standard software (Xactimate). Your adjuster reviews and approves the scope. We handle all communication, supplements, and billing so you don't have to.
What does my insurance actually cover?
Most homeowner policies cover sudden and accidental damage like burst pipes, storm damage, fire, etc. Coverage varies by policy. Mold coverage depends on the cause and your specific policy terms. We help you understand what's covered during our initial assessment.
Should I call my insurance company first, or call you first?
Call us first. In an emergency, the priority is stopping further damage, and that's what we do. We'll guide you on when and how to file your claim, and we can even be present when the adjuster visits to ensure nothing is missed.
How long does the insurance claim process take?
Emergency mitigation typically begins the same day. The full claims process, from filing to final payment, usually takes 2 to 6 weeks depending on the scope of damage and your carrier's response time. We keep the process moving and update you at every step.
Not sure if you're covered?
Call us and we'll walk you through the process and help you understand your options before any work begins.
