The pipes burst in our upstairs bedroom very early one morning. KPM’s crew showed up quickly despite the hour, and immediately began to dry out the floors, ceilings and walls. We expected significant damage, but due to their response time it ended up being minimal. They helped make a stressful situation much more manageable. Thanks James and all the KPM crew.

Hey guys listen, these guys are awesome. I had Gabe and Don here to get rid of some mold. Not only were they quick but they were very efficient and respectful. They took the time to listen to me yap so that says a lot. Very affordable and thorough. They are my go to company in the future.

Had a hot water heater failure. Lots of water and mess. They came within and hour and had everything cleaned up in record time. Liam was a great guy and very professional. I highly recommend them!

Jamie, Dan and the team at KPM Restoration were so fantastic. They came to our home and helped us understand what needed to be done, and then walked us through every step. Every company they recommended we use responded quickly and did a great job on our repairs. I hope we're not in a situation to need their team again, but if we are they will be my first phone call.

We had a flood in our basement. As it was happening I did not know who to call but my first call was KPM. Since it was a pluming issue they advised that it was not their scope of work to get the water stopped. BUT, the guy I was communicating with was very helpful to talk me through stopping the flowing water. It was very much appreciated and certainly was not something he had to do.We scheduled them to come in next morning/ they did offer to come right away but choose to have someone come the following morning and someone was there first thing advising on the options.A few hours later they had a team there setting up fans and dehumidifiers. Very impressive turn around time.Over the past days there have been several different crews and they have all been very friendly and respectful.Obviously, I hope no one ever needs to use them, but in the case of an emergency this company should be your first call.
