“The crew at KPM Restoration are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend”

“KPM Restoration was outstanding from start to finish. Tom Robertson and Jamie Kennedy responded immediately when I reached out with my issues. They responded incredibly fast when I had water damage, which immediately took a lot of stress off my plate. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they take their work seriously and care about doing things the right way. They took the time to properly tape off the affected area and laid down plastic to fully protect my carpeted staircase—something I really appreciated. They didn’t rush the job either. They used moisture meters throughout the process to make sure every bit of water was fully addressed, not just what was visible. They even went as far as pulling my entire carpet to ensure nothing was left behind that could cause future issues. That level of thoroughness and attention to detail is hard to find. Professional, meticulous, and reliable. I highly recommend KPM Restoration to anyone dealing with water damage.”

“KPM did an outstanding job on a recent job I used them for. I have a major sewer backup at a building I manage. Eli, Evan and Gabe did a fantastic job. They cleaned and sanitized the impacted areas. Did a ceiling, floor and cabinet removal...prepping it for new installation. Highly recommend!”

“We were so impressed with KPM Restoration! They did an incredibly thorough evaluation of our issue and the team worked incredibly hard and efficiently to help us with severe ongoing water damage that caused so many issues in a room at our facility. All in all, it took around 3 days and they left the space super clean, too! We would certainly use them again. A special thanks to Rob & Colin who were SO easy to work with, great communicators, and kind!”

“KPM was recommended to me by a friend and my insurance company for a sewer backup cleanup. Jeremy was the first person I spoke with. He was a pleasure to speak with. He was very understanding and compassionate to the situation and came to access the damage. He set up our appointment for the service and actually had a cancellation and had a crew here 2 days after he accessed everything The clean up crew was absolutely AMAZING! They were extremely thorough in the cleaning but what really made me happy I chose them was THIS crew and how compassionate they all were and made sure to ask about things that they thought could possibly be of any value to us. They had us tell them and mark anything we wanted sanitized (if possible) as well. Most would just toss it without even thinking about it. They were all very personable and a pleasure to have work for me and let me tell you these guys BUST their butts doing this stuff! GREAT JOB GUYS!!! All around I was EXTREMELY pleased! Thank you again KPM!”
