Services

KPM Restoration provides water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, storm damage restoration, sewage backup cleanup, trauma cleanup, and reconstruction services. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site assessment.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided through our website or by phone are preliminary and subject to change based on on-site inspection. Final pricing is determined after a thorough assessment of the damage and scope of work. We provide written estimates before beginning non-emergency work.

Emergency Services

Emergency mitigation services (water extraction, board-up, tarping, etc.) may begin immediately upon arrival to prevent further damage. By authorizing emergency response, you agree to pay for emergency mitigation services rendered, subject to insurance coverage where applicable.

Insurance

KPM works with all major insurance carriers and can bill your insurance company directly. However, you are ultimately responsible for any costs not covered by your insurance policy. We are not responsible for insurance claim decisions or coverage determinations made by your insurer.

Property Access

By engaging our services, you grant KPM Restoration and its employees/subcontractors access to the affected areas of your property as needed to perform restoration work. You represent that you have the authority to grant such access.

Limitation of Liability

KPM Restoration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

KPM Restoration Lead Alerts

KPM Restoration Lead Alerts is an internal operational SMS program for authorized KPM Restoration staff. Staff members who opt in may receive text alerts when website contact forms are submitted so the team can respond to service inquiries quickly.

Message frequency varies based on website form submission volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or contact info@kpmrestoration.com. Reply STOP to cancel SMS alerts at any time. Staff may also ask the KPM Restoration account administrator to remove their number from the alert list.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle mobile information and text messaging consent data.
