I didn’t know how bad it was until I tried to repair the wall where the sheet rock buckled up from getting wet. When I’m removed the sheet rock, I was floored at the amount of black mold I found. I was afraid to breathe. I called KPM and they came right out. I went upstairs and let them do their thing and a few hours later, they were done. They mitigated my mold, cleaned up the wood, replaced the insulation and the sheet rock. Then they covered up the wall with some nice wood trim, painted and I couldn’t be happier. They also fixed the leak from the bulkhead. I’ve used KPM in the past and I would do so again in the future without hesitation! The crew was professional, courteous, friendly, and certainly efficient! Knowing the cost of Billing material these days, I was very happy with the price as well.
