Brawny (Procter & Gamble) named KPM Restoration and founder James Kennedy Brawny Giants in 2021 for free disinfection services to Fire, Police, and EMT departments and for distributing thousands of bottles of hospital-grade disinfectant to frontline workers during COVID-19. Brawny donated $10,000 and 1,500 rolls of paper towels in support of KPM's efforts.

About the Brawny Giants Initiative

The Brawny Giants Initiative is a national recognition program run by Brawny, the Procter & Gamble paper towel brand, that highlights people and organizations “making a true difference in their communities.” Brawny selects partners across the country and supports their work with funding and supplies.

Why KPM Was Recognized

In 2021, Brawny named KPM Restoration and founder James Kennedy Brawny Giants for the company’s community work during the COVID-19 pandemic. KPM provided free disinfection services to Fire, Police, and EMT departments throughout the greater Saratoga County area, and distributed thousands of bottles of hospital-grade disinfectant solution to frontline workers and recreational sports leagues.

“My heart goes out to the essential employees, including my own guys. People need to help, it’s the little things that matter,” said James Kennedy.

In response to the company’s free disinfection services and disinfectant giveaways, Brawny selected KPM Restoration as one of its Giants Initiative partners and donated $10,000 and 1,500 rolls of paper towels to support the effort.

“This is something I never thought I’d be recognized for. Just to be recognized touched me,” remarked Mr. Kennedy.

Continuing Community Investment

The Brawny Giant recognition reflects a long-standing commitment to the communities KPM serves. The company continues to support first responders, local nonprofits, and youth programs across the Hudson Valley and Capital Region.
