“We can’t begin to describe how appreciative we are for the help KPM provided in the cleanup of our house. Our house, a new build in Saratoga had been contaminated with concrete dust throughout from a screwup by our contractor. The basement was particularly bad where the contractor had cut the foundation concrete. We had tried cleaning by ourselves but progress was impossible and the concrete dust was affecting our breathing it was so bad. Researching online we decided we needed a restoration cleaning service and reached out to KPM. Jake came and advised us that he believed our HVAC system was in his opinion probably full of contaminants and cleaning the basement would be a waste of our money without having the ductwork and HVAC system cleaned first. He recommended Duct Kings. We contacted Duct Kings and two of their people spent 8 hours cleaning our HVAC system which was loaded with concrete dust and other contaminates. It was disgusting. (A picture of the filter is attached) Jake was 100% correct in his assessment. Next came KPM’s crew. Red and Andre explained exactly what they were going to be doing in the basement. Sealed it off, donned their hazmat suits and went to work. Eight hours later they came upstairs to get me and we went back downstairs into the basement. It was immaculate, it literally sparkled. No more concrete contamination. The ceiling, walls and floor were completely cleaned. They even washed the 3 egress windows inside and out. We would highly recommend KMP to anyone needing their services. Not only were they fantastic at their jobs, but Jake’s honesty in assessing what was needed can’t be stressed enough. They were there to help, not just clean and take your money but help.”
