We had a flood in our basement. As it was happening I did not know who to call but my first call was KPM. Since it was a pluming issue they advised that it was not their scope of work to get the water stopped. BUT, the guy I was communicating with was very helpful to talk me through stopping the flowing water. It was very much appreciated and certainly was not something he had to do.We scheduled them to come in next morning/ they did offer to come right away but choose to have someone come the following morning and someone was there first thing advising on the options.A few hours later they had a team there setting up fans and dehumidifiers. Very impressive turn around time.Over the past days there have been several different crews and they have all been very friendly and respectful.Obviously, I hope no one ever needs to use them, but in the case of an emergency this company should be your first call.
