New York State law requires mold inspection and mold remediation to be performed by separate licensed companies, which protects property owners from conflicts of interest. First, a licensed mold assessor inspects your property and writes a remediation plan. We can recommend trusted assessors working in the Woodstock and Mid-Hudson area.
